How much does an advertising guru get paid for a weeks worth of work?

For a school project we are making a campaign to sell something, and it includes salary. We figured out that the accountant gets paid 99 dollars a week but how much would a company president and advertising guru get paid for a week of work?

Make it dramatic and say that the Ad Guru gets $1Million for one week of work. It is worth it to the company if the ad generates $100 Million in sales.
