A locksmith is someone you call when you are locked out. So create little coloured stickers with "locksmith" and the telephone number written on it, aswell as anything like 24 hour call out. These are then stuck on shutters and doors phone boxes and the like. Either that or a creditcard size business card with a calendar on the back so people will keep it in their wallets

Really this is a loaded question that I would need to learn a little more about your business and what your unique selling proposition is. Are you the fastest to get there? Do you offer high-end locks? Are you focused on lock-out service? Do you offer other security products?
Without knowing much about your business, I give you the following "slogans" or "taglines":
• Helping you secure your life.
• There when you need us. Secure when you forget we are there.
• The best type of security is when you don’t know we are there.
• 2 hour response. Guaranteed!*
*Based on 7 am to 7 p.m. every day except major holidays.
I strongly suggest you to incorporate a "tagline" that is just the cutest or sounds catchy. Make sure it’s something that incorporates you unique selling proposition.
PS: Again, while I don’t know what type of service you focus on, you might want to offer a "FREE Home or Office Vulnerabilities Check: At no cost to you, we will provide you with a report of the most likely areas to be broken-in at your home or office." This is a great way to use direct mail and even over-priced print ads to generate leads.
