What is a good advertising format for a website so everybody can be included and nobody feel left out?

Also, what would be aesthetically pleasing yet not look like such a cluster fluff. This would probably be like 500 to 1000 companies advertising any number of products and services. Or I would also take suggestions. Thanks.

The one site that comes to mind for making a large number of customers feel included is Yahoo! That's what I said…. Yahoo! Yahoo! is the number #1 web portal in the world for shoppers. And this exactly why they are under a buy out from Microsoft! Study them well and learn young Jedi!
